Maintenance Emergency Protocols

Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies or go directly to the nearest emergency room
Call your utility service provider first for flooding due to plumbing or an electrical emergency, and then call the maintenance hotline
Call 911 for a gas leak, carbon monoxide leak, or fire, and then call the maintenance hotline. **Also call your service provider after 911 to report a gas leak**
No functioning toilets in the house
You have sewage overflow
No water
Water leaks that are causing immediate damage to the home
No heat or air when temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 95 degrees
Security and safety issues (broken windows, broken doors)
Electrical outages (not caused by the power company) and loss of power to medical equipment
